1.1. This affiliate program (hereinafter – the Program) allows natural and legal persons to promote the www.barefoot.lt e-shop and receive commissions for successfully completed sales.
1.2. The Program is administered by MB “B partners” (hereinafter – the Organizer).
1.3. By participating in the Program, the affiliate confirms that they have read and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2.1. The following may become affiliates:
legal entities;
natural persons operating under an individual activity certificate.
2.2. During registration, the affiliate must provide accurate and complete information.
2.3. The Organizer reserves the right to reject or terminate registration at any time if the provided information is incorrect or incomplete.
3.1. The affiliate is provided with a unique tracking code or link.
3.2. Commissions are calculated only for:
fully paid orders;
orders that are not canceled or returned.
3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to:
adjust or cancel commissions if an order is returned or canceled;
void commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
3.4. The final commission amount is determined based on the Organizer’s accounting records.
4.1. Commissions are paid only to affiliates who:
operate under an individual activity certificate; or
are legal entities.
4.2. The affiliate must provide:
individual activity certificate number; or
company details and bank account information.
4.3. Payments are made via bank transfer no more than once per month.
4.4. The minimum payout amount is €50.
4.5. Commissions are paid only after at least 15 calendar days from order completion to account for possible returns or cancellations.
4.6. The Organizer reserves the right to withhold payments in case of suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.
5.1. The affiliate is solely responsible for declaring and paying all applicable taxes in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.2. The Organizer does not pay commissions to natural persons who do not carry out any economic activity.
6.1. Affiliates are prohibited from:
using misleading, false, or aggressive advertising;
sending unsolicited messages (spam);
impersonating an official representative of the Organizer;
using the Organizer’s brand, domain, or intellectual property without prior written permission.
6.2. In case of violations, the Organizer has the right to:
cancel accrued commissions;
suspend or terminate the affiliate account without prior notice.
7.1. The Organizer is not responsible for:
technical issues or tracking failures;
lost commissions due to improper use of affiliate links;
actions or failures of third-party platforms.
8.1. The Organizer reserves the right at any time to:
modify the Program terms;
suspend or terminate the Program.
8.2. Affiliates will be informed about significant changes via email or within the system.
9.1. All disputes shall first be resolved through mutual negotiations.
9.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
