Because our catalogue is exclusive and in high demand, items remain in our local warehouse only briefly. To offer you the full range of exclusive products, we also sell items that are not currently stocked in Lithuania. Items not in our Lithuanian warehouse are shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse abroad, and the delivery time is 5–10 business days (the exact time depends on the item; for a precise estimate for a specific product, please contact +370 679 65119). The exact delivery time for each model is shown on the product page. Due to unforeseen circumstances—courier errors, human error, or high carrier volumes—shipments may be delayed. We apologise in advance if this occurs!
Under the currently applicable legal acts (the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and Retail Trade Rules), if you purchased goods in the Barefoot.lt online store without the opportunity to inspect them in person and assess their suitability, you may return a quality item within 14 days from the delivery date, except for the exception regarding sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
If you wish to return a quality item, you must return it to the seller within 14 days from the delivery date, indicating your order number. Please complete the return form and send the item to the parcel locker address indicated on the return form. When returning a quality item, all transportation costs related to the return are borne by you. You may return one or several items from your order. The returned item must be in tidy original packaging, unused, retain its commercial appearance, and be of complete set.
To return a quality item, you must deliver it to the seller in suitable condition. If you received an item different from what you ordered, the seller covers the return costs. If the returned item or its packaging has damage that prevents resale at the original purchase price, such an item may be returned only by mutual agreement with the seller.
You may return a quality item within 14 days from its delivery date.
Complete the return form and place it together with the returned item.
For quality-item returns, you cover all transport costs.
You may return one or multiple items from your order.
