5.3. Product prices on www.barefoot.lt and in the generated order are indicated in euros, including VAT where applicable.
5.4. The Buyer pays for the goods in one of the following ways:
5.4.1. Payment via a pre-filled template, by bank transfer through a secure payment system by selecting one of the bank logos shown in the checkout window—no additional data entry required. The customer is redirected to their bank environment to log in and confirm the payment for the total order amount. The order template is pre-filled automatically, and the Seller is informed about a successful payment immediately, regardless of the e-banking system and/or time of day.
5.4.2. Payment by standard bank transfer—an advance payment where the Buyer makes a local transfer directly to MB “B partners” bank account. Details for the transfer are provided before the order is confirmed and indicated on the pro forma and VAT invoices. A customer not using e-banking may print the invoice and make the transfer at their bank branch. The Buyer must indicate the order number in the “Payment purpose” field, as specified in the order confirmation email. Bank fees for transferring money to the www.barefoot.lt account are not included in the customer’s invoice for goods. The Seller is not responsible for such fees and/or their amount. Before making a bank transfer, ensure that you have confirmed the order and received a confirmation email; otherwise, the system will not register the order. Note: when paying this way, fund crediting is performed only according to your bank’s standard procedure and credited at specific intervals/days. The client must be familiar with transfer duration and accuracy per their bank’s rules; in this case, the Seller is not responsible for crediting time, and the order is processed only after the funds appear in MB “B partners” account.
5.5. A Buyer choosing bank transfer services undertakes to pay for the goods immediately, as the parcel is prepared and the dispatch term starts only upon receipt of payment.
5.6. The Seller issues an electronic invoice to the Buyer. The pro forma invoice is sent immediately after order confirmation when “standard bank transfer” is selected. The final VAT invoice is issued after payment and sent by email.
6.1. Delivery is paid by the Buyer.
6.1.2. Delivery is carried out to the address specified by the Buyer throughout Lithuania.
6.2. By selecting delivery at checkout, the Buyer undertakes to indicate the exact delivery location.
6.3. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods personally. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods personally and they are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to raise claims to the Seller for delivery to an improper recipient.
6.4. All goods are delivered by a courier service to the address indicated in your order information.
6.5.1. If the client wishes to receive goods urgently, they must contact the Seller to agree on additional delivery methods. For an additional fee, delivery may be arranged by the Seller personally, bus parcel services, etc. To receive goods by other methods, please contact customer service: info@barefoot.lt.
6.6. It is not possible to specify an exact hour for delivery (unless the Buyer and the Seller agree additionally under Clause 6.5.1).
6.7. The estimated delivery term depends on whether the goods are in stock in Lithuania or ordered from the supplier. If in stock in Lithuania, we dispatch the next business day. If ordered from a supplier’s warehouse, delivery is 5–10 business days.
6.8. The Seller delivers the goods within 5–10 business days. These terms are indicative and do not apply when the Seller does not have the required goods in stock and the Buyer is informed of the shortage. The Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In such cases the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and agree on delivery conditions.
6.9. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for breaches of delivery terms if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer’s fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
6.10. Upon delivery, you must check the external condition of the parcel in the presence of the courier. If any damage is noticed, you must record notes regarding the damage or refuse to accept the parcel.
6.11. After accepting the parcel and signing the manifest without comments, the parcel is considered delivered in good condition, and claims for external damage will not be accepted. In all cases, the product warranty obligations remain valid.
6.12. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the parcel is delivered in damaged packaging, if unordered goods are delivered, if the quantity is incorrect, or the set is incomplete.
6.13. If packaging damage is noticed on delivery, the Buyer must note this in the courier’s delivery document or draw up a separate act regarding such damage in the presence of the courier. Failure to do so releases the Seller from liability for product damage related to packaging defects not recorded in the courier’s delivery document.
6.14. For deliveries outside Lithuania, please email info@barefoot.lt for delivery terms and price.
6.15. Deliveries to the Curonian Spit are subject to an additional fee without exception. We will contact you personally regarding such deliveries.

After inspection by warranty service, if returned goods are of good quality, the payment for the product is refunded including the Buyer’s original shipping costs.
8.3. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:

8.3.2. The item must not be damaged by the Buyer;
8.3.3. The item must be unused and retain its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.) (this does not apply when returning a defective item);
8.3.4. The item must be in the same set as received; if an item marked “gift” was included, it may be kept;
8.3.5. A return form must be provided. If you do not have a return form, email info@barefoot.lt and we will send it by email.

8.8. If the reason for return is poor quality, barefoot.lt undertakes, at its own expense, to replace the item with one of suitable quality or refund the money paid. Defective items are replaced/returned pursuant to the “Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items” approved by Order No. 217 of 29 June 2001.
8.9. IMPORTANT! The return procedure does not apply to: legal entities; products with individual customer modifications or custom orders (e.g., prints) that irreversibly alter original appearance; custom-made goods; items damaged by the client; items not meeting the above return standards (damaged commercial appearance, signs of use/wear); items returned after the 14-day return period. The exception applies to items that do not meet return requirements but are defective.
9.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of personal data submitted. If the Buyer provides inaccurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences and has the right to claim direct losses.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for actions performed using the barefoot.lt online store.
9.3. A registered Buyer is responsible for transferring login data to third parties. If a third party uses the online store having logged in with the Buyer’s credentials, the Seller considers this person to be the Buyer.
9.4. The Seller is released from any liability when losses arise because the Buyer did not familiarize themselves with these Rules, despite being given the opportunity, and disregarded the Seller’s recommendations and the Buyer’s obligations.
9.5. If the Seller’s online store contains links to websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information found there or activities carried out; the Seller does not supervise or control those websites and does not represent such companies or persons.
9.6. In the event of damage, the at-fault Party compensates the other Party for direct losses.
